I am the director of Racial Equity and Cultural Inclusion with Adrian Dominican Sisters. I grew up in Detroit adopted by a White family and my life has been defined by race. I have found that sharing my experiences non-judge mentally allows others the comfort to share. From this, I have committed to bringing in voices from the LGBTQ+ community, the Black community, the Native American community and the Latino community. We have all learned from each other
