The nature of today's conversations about race may be best envisioned as re-engineered relationships based upon approaching who we are now, and what we have now. The conversations can be about how historically oppressed persons ae today affected, but not afflicted by the circumstances of the past; and accused oppressors can accept and acknowledge the present value of those they historically under-valued, both appreciating the present opportunity to establish common purpose and spiritual peace.
