Hosted By: The Social Impact Center The Social Impact Center is creating a virtual healing space through Mindology Fitness. This program centers community wellness, reflection, and forgiveness on Racial Day of Healing. Facilitated by Daniel Rodriguez, we are taking action by dedicating this mental health workout to support individuals impacted by racism, discrimination, and emotional intolerance by providing a shared opportunity to move, release, and restore through mind–body practices. This is a virtual event which will require the use of internet. Must be able to access zoom. No Experience Necessary.
