Join members of the Human and Civil Rights Commission and the Division of Human and Civil Rights at BASE at 920 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE at 4:00 p.m. for honest and dynamic dialogue. On Monday, January 20, 2025 we will gather in small groups at small, black-owned businesses statewide to remember and honor the work, sacrifice and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and others who fought and died demanding human and civil rights, racial justice and equality.
