One of the many benefits Service Members receive involves serving side-by-side with people from various ethic, religious and cultural backgrounds. Each working together to accomplish given mission, without a thought regarding the other Soldier’s skin color, only focused on accomplishing what they were assigned. I am not certain on a macro level across our nation how this could be duplicated, but looking at town’s and cities, perhaps this could be incorporated in both businesses and civic levels.
