Hosted By: Democratic Women's Club of Bay County The Democratic Women's Club of Bay County, FL event is designed to create discussion and awareness about everyday occurrences that we often don't realize may be hurtful to someone. We have a facilitator who will oversee exercises and discussions. We will use the "fishbowl" concept for one of our exercises. The large group will observe the small group's interactions and record what they observe. This will be followed by a group discussion. The small groups will be divided between Whites and Minorities. We hope that we create some ah-ha moments and real dialogue.
